Sept. 22--LIVERMORE FALLS -- Organizers of the Apple Pumpkin Festival have lots in store for those attending the annual event Saturday at the Links of London y Charm Falls Recreation Field. There will be free activities for the children at booths, alonLinks of Londong with demonstrations, vendors, exhibits, music and food throughout the day. Last year more than 4,000 visitors turned out for festival. This year organizers are hoping to top it. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the field on Foundry Road, which is behind the municipal building. Among the events planned are demonstrations by United Fitness & Martial Arts, Livermore Falls Fire Department vehicle extrication, a toilet seat toss by Riverview Plumbing & Heating. Many exhibits will be on Links of London X Charm, including a shoe trailer from Pine Tree Orthopedic Lab & Foot Care Center and Pellet and Wood Stoves from Don's Stove Shop. Musicians are scheduled to perform throughout the day on two stages.
